There are full-time management and maintenance personnel working to keep the community running smoothly. They will be available for your day-to-day needs in addition to maintaining the upkeep of the common areas.
Our suites do not include utilities or janitorial, we feel it is important for you to make those choices based on your needs. Industry estimates for computing utility costs range from $0.10-0.14 per SF, depending on your usage. The suites are metered separately for electrical and gas, each having its own heating and cooling unit run by a setback programmable t-stat. Additionally we have the energy efficient T-8 lighting and large windows throughout the suites to allow for natural lighting if your looking to streamline your utility use. Our property was among the first in Fresno to offer recycling to our tenants.
Most suites have alarm systems installed, if the suite you are looking at does not then we should discuss including the installation of a system in your lease agreement. We also are proud to be one of the first business communities in our area able to offer Comcast Business Services for your telephone, high speed Internet and television needs.
